Update: Developer Respawn has now formally announced the next-gen versions of Jedi: Fallen Order, and also revealed that the game has now been played by 20 million people.Respawn has clirified that the new versions make the following improvements:Higher Resolution Textures & Assets4K/HDR ResolutionImproved 60 FPS PerformanceSignificantly Faster Loading TimesThe new versions of the game come with a Performance Mode toggle on PS5 and Xbox Series X (but not Series S). EA previously revealed that upgraded versions of the game for the latest generation of console hardware would be available this summer, so it’s not surprising that they have been released. What is surprising, however, is the lack of fanfare surrounding the releases. The games seem to have dropped with no announcement, press releases or information.Like most games receiving PS5 and Xbox Series upgrades, if you already own the last gen-version, you can download the next-gen version completely free.
