A new convention is coming to Australia. The ‘Xbox Fanfest’ is debuting in Sydney September 27 – 29 – right before this year’s EB Games Expo. Microsoft is promising fans will have the opportunity to attend a Forza Horizon 3 launch event at Sydney Dragway, an afternoon with Gears of War 4, early access to the Xbox booth at EB Games Expo, swag, and developer meet and greets. The Crow Reboot to Begin Production This January

Production on The Crow reboot will reportedly kick off in January, with Game of Thrones and Aquaman’s Jason Momoa in the lead role. As The Wrap reports, Momoa was previously rumored for the role, but has since all-but-confirmed his casting by posting a photo on Instagram alongside director Corin Hardy with the hashtags “sealthedeal” and “dreamjob.” The film was set to enter production in 2015, but was suspended following production company Relativity Media’s filing for bankruptcy — from which it later emerged. According to Famitsu’s latest sales data (as translated by Kotaku), the 3DS FPS game only sold 4286 copies in the country in its first week on sale, coming in at number 20 in the weekly sales ranking. Other new games debuted much higher, including No Man’s Sky (15997 units sold) and King of Fighters XIV (23242 units sold).
